Since its inception in 1977, Pantos has evolved from an air freight agent to include total logistics services including sea freight, air freight, road and rail freight, warehousing, logistics consulting, international express, project cargo, terminal service and customs clearance. PT. Pantos Logistics Indonesia, one of the biggest forwarding company in Indonesia, is currently looking for highly motivated and professional candidates to fill several vacant positions in our company:
Customer Service (Export Import)
Requirements:
- Female
- Age not more than 27 years old
- Holding minimal D3 / S1 Degree in any major, preferably in Logistics / Transportation
- Having 2 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding, especially for handling customer complaint
- Having good knowledge in export and import procedures
- Attractive appearance and beautiful voice
- Having excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English both active and passive
- Willing to extend working hour
- Willing to be placed at Cibitung, Bekasi
