Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities
For maintaining the maximum lev of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history / profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically, and taking care of all requirement of the VIP / Club Floor guest.
Qualifications:
- Female,
- With age maximum 26 year old
- Applicants should be holding minimum of D1 degree from Hotel/Tourism Academy.
- Having minimum 1 year of working experience though fresh graduate are also welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written is a must.
- Must be Computer literate
- Well groomed and service oriented
Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities
Maintaining the maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history / profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically and taking care of all requirement of the VIP / Club Floor guests.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- With age maximum 26 years old
- Applicants must possess at least hospitality high school or
- Must have previous working experience as Front Office Agent in hotel industry
- Must be computer literate, Familiar with Opera System would be an advantage
- Well groomed, good English verbal and written.
