DOCUMENT CONTROL
Qualifications:
- Male/Female,
- With age below 30 years old
- Holding at least a diploma degree from reputable university
- Having at least 2 years experiences as Document Control in oil & gas industry
- Familiar with PDF, XML, Excel,CAD file
- Familiar with DCC software
- Having experience in writing procedure and implement ISO
- Having good knowledge in ISO 9001:18000, OHSAS
- Must be Computer Literate
- High integrity, detailed orientation, and responsible
- Able to speak and writing English
- Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, with age not more than 30 years old
- Holding at least diploma degree majoring secretary/administration/management
- Having minimum 3 years experiences as secretary or personal assistant in multinational company
- Must be fluent to speak and writing English
- Must have good skills in using computer application : Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms power point, Visio, etc
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Smart, detailed orientation, neat, high integrity, and responsible
- Placement : Head Office, Jakarta
