Administration Staff
Jobs Descriptions:

  • Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution/collection/filling).
  • Data entry of goods receipt (GRN) into ERP System
  • Update and compile logistics-related monthly reports.
  • Compile non-conformance report and expedite on closing of product discrepancy.
  • Assist to answer incoming calls and message taking.
  • Maintain and update stock inventory records and location of goods.
  • Other related logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female
  • With age below 30 years old
  • Applicants must be holding minimum a Diploma Degree (D3) in any field, preferably accounting and business administration
  • Having at least 1 year experience as admin warehouse / admin sales
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
  • Creative, Team Work, Self motivated person
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure on tight deadline.
