FINANCE STAFF
Jobs Descriptions:
- Bank reconciliation and Monitor payment leasing
- Analyze budget report received from the site.
- Prepare cheque, giro transfers to perform as well as proof of payment to the supplier and ensure the completeness of the required supporting data
- Deals with bank related to the transaction
- Make payments and check it out atfter the approved
- Check out the interrelations between budgeting and realization of all transactions.
- Recap costs to be paid
Qualifications :
- Male/female, with age between 23 – 26 years old
- Applicants should holds minimum a Bachelor degree (S1) from Accounting/finance
- Having at least 1- 3 years experiences in the same position
- Preferably having Experience in handling Bank transaction and understand foreign exchange rate
- Having good knowledge in Finance and Accounting
- Having good health and able to work under pressure with good result
- Preferably familiar in operating “accurate program”
- Honest, attention to detail, and having good communication skill
- Willing to be placed in “Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan”
