Project Admin
Jobs Descriptions:
Responsible to manage all administration works on site project; filing; maintaining database; events, meeting and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Female
  • Applicants should be holding at least a Diploma 3 Degree from reputable Secretary school or administration with excellent result.
  • Having at least 2 (two) years of experience in a relevant area.
  • Preferably having experience in project administration
  • Having positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Having good communication in English both spoken and written.
  • Having Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for success.
  • Must have track records in doing multi-tasking works, communicating effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to be placed in our client office in Jakarta.
