STATION SUPPORT ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create system and database entry, check in, and flight documentation (Flight Document) into the system
- Creating, monitoring, and reviewing airport operational performance according to defined standards
- Creating a annual Key Performance Index (KPI) for each airport
- Ensures compliance with human resource needs at the airport according to the specified standards or requirements
- Ground Handling performance monitoring to comply with existing Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Creating, monitoring, reviewing Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) for both domestic and international
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female
- Indonesian Citizen
- Age max 27 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information System, Management, International Relation, and Law from reputable reputable university / educational institution
- Having min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
- Preferably having min 1 year experience in creating agreement contract (for Law graduate)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Computer and System Information Application literate (MS Office and Internet)
- Able to work individually or within a team
- Communicative, discipline, hard worker, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
FINANCIAL ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the formulation of important issues regarding the proposed work plan, the proposed scheme as an investment and corporate performance feedback should be anticipated by management
- Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions or options that are troubleshooting, improvement suggestions, as well as forecasting to improve the quality of management decisions
- Ensure the comprehension of the business process, methodology or results of financial and business analysis optimally by relevant parties
- Ensuring the implementation of recommendation result or business and financial analysis
- Ensuring the availability of reports the results of the analysis and review of the program implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female, age max 27 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics Accounting, Management from reputable university
- Having min GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
- Having min 1 year in the same field
- Having good looking and personality, polite, easy to adapt, having high integrity
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), spreadsheet mastering
- Computer literate (min MS Office and internet)
- Able to work within a team or individual
- Communicative, discipline, hard worker, creative, innovative and able to work under pressure
