PT Jimbaran Hijau, the developer of Bali International Park, an integrated tourism development complex at Jimbaran-Bali, will become a new tourism destination for Bali, Indonesia and in the region is currently seeking for highly dedicated individuals to fulfill following position :
Personal Assistant
Requirements:
- Male, max. 35 years
- Minimum Diploma/S1 from any field study
- Computer literate
- Dynamic and motivated
- Self initiative and discipline
- Excellent communication skill, fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Willing to work under pressure
- Analytical thinking
- Strong Leadership, highly responsibility, trustworthy
- Good administration skill
- Work place in Bali
Cost Control
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Accounting from reputable University
- Having 3 years of experience in the same position
- Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
- Able to make and control budget as well as controlling cash flow yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must.
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Work place in Bali
Drafter
Requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High school (expertise : building technical) or S1 Architecture
- Having skill at Autocad, Coreldraw, Photoshop
- Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Work place in Bali
Project Administrator
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/S1 from any field study
- Mature, initiative, hard-working, and able to work under pressure
- Have experience minimum 1 year in contractor or 2 years in consultant architect.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
- Proactive and self-motivated team player
- Work place in Bali
