Gramedia Printing – HR Officer
Gramedia Printing Group is the largest publication printer in Indonesia. We print nationalnd international newspapers, magazines, books as well as promotional materials. Since, we will expand our services to packaging company and to South East Asia by 2010. We are urgently seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible to support the organization in human resources management function, recruitment, training, development and performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent from reputable university
- Having at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good in human approach capability, flexible, creative, independent & good interpersonal skill.
- Passion for excellence, pro-active and self-starters, good analytical thinking.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
