An excellent opportunity for Specialist Training Language has arisen to join our Training & Development Dept. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to the Senior Specialist Training Language. You will effectively develop & deliver language training services both English & Bahasa.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to develop training packages & materials, deliver language training, provide interpretation & translation services both from English and Indonesian vice versa, interpret IELTS result, make recommendation on employee’s English level; deliver IELTS preparation training and test for employee; provide interpretation services for training programs intended for expatriate participants; give advice for sites with English and Indonesian teaching methods & materials as requested by sites.
To be successful in this role you will need to have tertiary degree in English Language Education Study Program. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in English language teaching for adult. Had lived abroad in a English speaking country will be of advantage. You should strong communication skills (written & verbal); Excellent skills in English (IELTS 6,5); Has IELTS Certification; Facilitation skills. Another requirements are good team work, able to work independent and in under pressure condition, details, hard worker, and willing to learn new things.
