Due to executed our new project, we are now intended to strengthen our Hotel Construction Team and are seeking qualified candidates for the following position :
Administration Staff
Responsibilities:
- Writing meeting notes
- Maintaining filing systems
- Handling document.
- Having skill to make correspondence.
- Having skill to communicate with another department.
- Scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Make a price comparison from any vendor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senayan,Jakarta Pusat.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Hard worker
- 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
Recruitment Officer
Requirements:
- Male.
- Graduated S1/S2 in Psychology from reputable university, having SIPP is preferably.
- Deep knowledge and having experience in various psychology assessment tools.
- Familiar with recruitment matters from the beginning until end process.
- Highly motivated, self-initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Having work experience in construction company is an advantage.
- Computer literate is a must, at least MS. Office.
- Good communication skill in English, both orally and written.
