Secretary To Director
Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner especially for Director & support management & division
Requirements:
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Administration and Secretarial Duties, Correspondences Skill, Filling Management, MICE Knowledge, Travel Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, manner, helpful, neat and office etiquette
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer Literate (MS Office and other application)
- Having at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time or Contract positions available.
