• Male
• Age maximum 22 years old
• Applicants should holds minimum a SMK graduate in Mechanical/ Automotive/Electrical or an SMU graduate in Science (IPA)
• Having an average Ujian Nasional Score 7
• Having minimum Mathematics Score 7
• Having high working motivation
• Having minimum body height 165 cm
• Willing to be placed in any PT Traktor Nusantara Branch throughout Indonesia
