HSE STAFF (Code : HSE)
Responsibilities:
Will be handling and controlling document CSMS, SMK3, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and HSE Procedures.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, single, with age around 22-30 years old
- Applicants should be at least an S1 Degree graduate of Health and Safety Engineering (K3)
- Having at least 2 years experience as safety officer
- Applicants must be Familiar with SMK3 and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
- Having good knowledge about Safety and Environmental regulation
- Having deep understanding of HSE Procedures
- Having a good personality, able to communicate professionally to all parties
- Must be Fluent English both verbal & written
- Placement : Cikarang
PROCUREMENT OFFICER (Code : PO)
Responsibilities:
Will be handling purchasing and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Female, single, with age around 20-30 years old
- Applicants should be at least a D3/S1 Degree graduate of Accounting, Management, Administration or similar faculties
- Having at least2 years working experienced as Purchasing
- Must be Fluent in English, both spoken & written
- Must be Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office especially Excel and Word
- Having Excellent communication skill with external parties (vendors) and internal parties (related team)
- Possess strong negotiation skill with vendor
- Proactive, Energetic, meticulous, initiative and honest
- Hard worker, fast learner, innovative, and full dedicated
