PROCUREMENT ADM (CODE : PROC)
Jobs Descriptions:
- Supporting all order request by user
- To receive and check goods order
- Handling administration process such as supporting documents for Purchase Request/Investment request
- Monitoring BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) process
- To make monthly report and another supporting activities
Requirements:
- Male,
- With age between 22-25 years old
- Holding at least a D3 Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
- Have at least 2 (two) years of experience, preferably in procurement business process
- Having good communication in English, communicative and well-adjusted
- Mature, have high correctness, detail & well-organized
- Must be Computer literate: MS Office application (Word, Excel, Power point,etc)
- Capable of working in under-pressure situation
